ISIAH BROWN

A woman died and her husband was arrested after a fatal rollover crash in Tulsa on New Year’s Eve.

According to police, 23-year-old Isiah Brown later admitted he’d been drinking all day and was speeding before the wreck that killed his wife, 29-year-old Dayani Soberanis.

The wreck happened Tuesday just before 11:30 p.m. near 55th and Riverside.
