“Justice for Ashley” protest outside David L. Moss, as woman turns herself in

TULSA, Okla. — Ashley Hayes, also known as Ashley Brown went live today on Facebook, in an emotional message to friends and family saying she was going to turn herself in. She claims that law enforcement have stated that she is “armed and dangerous.” Haynes communicated that she was terrified to turn herself in.

On Friday night, a crowd of about 25 friends and family gathered in front of David L. Moss in down town Tulsa in a rally of support. “Justice for Ashley” T-shirts were made for the occasion and signs were held.

According to Oklahoma State Court’s Network, Ashley Hayes has an identity theft charge, presenting information obtained or used without consent to a financial institution to commit a crime charge a Medicaid fraud charge.

We have reached out to the Tulsa Police Department and will update this story when they respond.

Around 8:15 p.m., Hayes turned herself in. She was escorted by a Tulsa Police vehicle.
