Saturday, April 18, 2026 – Lace up your running shoes and get ready for one of Tulsa’s most beloved traditions! The annual ZooRun at Tulsa Zoo is back for its 56th year, bringing together families, runners, and animal lovers for a morning of fitness and fun.

As the second-oldest running event in Tulsa, the Oklahoma Central Credit Union ZooRun offers something for everyone, no matter your pace. Participants can choose from the CommunityCare 10K, 5K, or the 1-Mile Fun Run—perfect for beginners, seasoned runners, and even little ones tagging along.

Entry fees include everything you need for a great race day experience: a race bib, finisher medal, access to the post-race hospitality area, and even free admission into the zoo after you cross the finish line. Be sure to register by March 13, 2026, to guarantee your event t-shirt!

This event is designed with the whole family in mind. All ages are welcome, and strollers are allowed in both the 1-Mile Fun Run and the 5K, making it easy for everyone to join in the fun. Spectators are also encouraged to come out, cheer on participants at the finish line, and enjoy complimentary zoo admission afterward.

A quick heads up for participants: packet pickup and race day registration will not be available on the day of the event, so be sure to check your email confirmation for important details ahead of time. Also, all attendees must be inside the zoo by 10 a.m., and re-entry will not be permitted.
